Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access control
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using packet analysis and diagnostic tools
- Document network configurations, topologies, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and switches
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Previous experience in healthcare or financial services industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
