Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud solutions
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system restoration protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior team members
- Document network configurations and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience with CCNP or CompTIA Network+
- Expert knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Ansible) and network scripting
- Certification in AWS/Azure networking or equivalent cloud platforms
- Experience with network virtualization (SD-WAN, NFV)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex multi-vendor environments
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities for client interactions
