Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize complex network infrastructures including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud integrations
- Proactively monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead incident response for network outages with SLA-driven resolution protocols
- Implement cybersecurity measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architectures
- Document network configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migrations and hybrid network projects
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct network training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (CCNP/CCIE certification required)
- 5+ years of enterprise-level network administration experience
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
