Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs) to protect infrastructure
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Optimize network traffic and bandwidth allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or JNCIP certification required
- Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and VLAN management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client site visits
