Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless network solutions
- Document network architecture and create SOPs
- Collaborate with security teams on network hardening
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Lead network upgrade projects and vendor negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or CCIE certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS
- Proficiency in Palo Alto and Fortinet security solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
