Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex LAN/WAN infrastructures using Cisco and Juniper technologies
- Monitor network performance with SolarWinds and resolve critical outages within SLA
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid cloud integration projects
- Document network architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Lead cross-functional teams during system migrations and upgrades
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise network issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (CCNP/JNCIA required)
- 5+ years experience with enterprise network administration
- Expertise in SD-WAN implementation and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- CCNP or JNCIA certification mandatory
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
