Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize resilient network infrastructure supporting 50K+ users across multiple sites
- Lead Cisco/Juniper implementations and advanced firewall/security protocol deployments
- Design and maintain hybrid cloud/on-prem network solutions with zero-trust architecture
- Develop network automation using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Conduct proactive network monitoring and incident response with Splunk/SIEM integration
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices documentation
- Collaborate with CISO team on compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent enterprise-level certification required
- 5+ years hands-on experience with complex multi-site network environments
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and advanced routing protocols
- Proven track record in network automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS mitigation)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure VPC, GCP networking)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Layer 2-3 issues under pressure
