Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex LAN/WAN infrastructure solutions
- Configure and maintain Cisco/Juniper routing/switching equipment
- Lead network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery plans
- Manage cloud integration (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN implementations
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct system audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls
- Strong Python/Ansible automation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
- CCNA Security certification mandatory
