Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Cisco/Juniper network solutions across hybrid environments
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall management and threat mitigation
- Optimize WAN/LAN performance using SD-WAN and automation tools
- Manage cloud integration projects (AWS/Azure networking)
- Document network topologies and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quarterly technology audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Palo Alto firewalls
- Proven SD-WAN implementation experience (Cisco Viptela/Juniper Mist)
- Strong Python/Ansible automation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for site visits
