Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade network architectures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud solutions
- Lead network optimization projects using Cisco, Juniper, and Arista technologies
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for complex network outages and performance issues
- Develop network security protocols and implement zero-trust architectures
- Mentor junior technicians and document network configurations using Visio and SolarWinds
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN, SDN, and network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption)
- CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent certification required
