Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade LAN/WAN solutions including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies
- Lead network migrations and optimization projects for hybrid cloud environments
- Implement advanced security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN) and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for complex network outages and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate network provisioning and monitoring
- Document network architecture and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with CCNP/JNCIP certification
- Expertise in routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, STP) and load balancing (F5, Citrix)
- Strong background in network virtualization (VMware NSX, Cisco ACI)
- Proven experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, Google Cloud Networking)
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and mentor junior engineers
