Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready models.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure high availability across distributed systems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Monitor model performance and conduct post-deployment analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in model training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of improving model accuracy and reducing inference costs.
