Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade models.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of shipping complex ML products to market.
