Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and AI strategies.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed, monitored, and retrained efficiently.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and fairness.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices in machine learning engineering.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and NLP to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
