Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize state-of-the-art Transformer architectures for training and inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Design efficient data pipelines for synthetic data generation and pre-training corpora.
- Ensure model scalability, latency optimization, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to integrate AI agents into production workflows.
- Establish best practices for model safety, bias mitigation, and explainability.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and tokenization strategies.
- Experience deploying models at scale on AWS or GCP using Kubernetes.
- Strong track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact ML products.
