Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for end-users.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Active Directory environments.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement new security protocols and software patches.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation for all IT assets.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and VPN technologies is required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software conflicts.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50lbs) when required.
