Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure support including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
- Provide tier-3 troubleshooting for complex network, hardware, and software issues
- Lead deployment of enterprise systems using SCCM and Intune
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for IT self-service portal
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Mentor junior support staff through bi-weekly training sessions
- Optimize IT asset lifecycle management and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting (300+ lines)
- Strong background in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven success in managing IT projects with 50+ stakeholder involvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Jira incident tracking
