Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software assets including AV systems and mobile devices
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Proven experience with cloud migration projects (O365/AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and endpoint issues
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
