Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure deployments
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Lead hardware/software upgrade projects and system migrations
- Monitor network security and implement vulnerability patches
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Maintain 99.9% uptime across critical business systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and SCCM
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis methodology
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site support
