Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualization environments
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Collaborate with security teams to implement vulnerability patches and compliance protocols
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new software and security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
- Hands-on experience with VMWare/Hyper-V and backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a service-oriented environment
- Relevant Associate/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
