Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 administration
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Execute endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR) and vulnerability management
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and technology refreshes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with Azure AD/O365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
