Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs are met efficiently.
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) for new hires and upgrades.
- Administer Active Directory, manage user accounts, and enforce security policies.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
