Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security solutions (Intune, Defender)
- Deploy and maintain virtual infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Lead incident response for system outages and cybersecurity incidents with SLA adherence
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles using ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and contract management
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular training sessions for staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and SaaS applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing IT projects and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
