Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems administration
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware/software issues
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
