Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain Windows/Active Directory environments with 200+ endpoints
- Deploy and optimize cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and ManageEngine
- Train end-users on technology adoption and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM deployment
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site support
