Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Design and implement security protocols for network infrastructure and endpoint devices
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud service integrations
- Lead hardware/software deployments and lifecycle management
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and endpoint security solutions
- Azure/Cloud certification (AZ-900 or equivalent)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- ServiceNow/Jira ticketing system proficiency
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification required
- Excellent written communication for documentation and training
