Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including MFA and endpoint protection
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects for new office locations
- Provide tier-3 troubleshooting for network, cloud (AWS/Azure), and SaaS applications
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS tools
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven project management experience for IT deployments
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional site visits
