Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead endpoint management initiatives including SCCM, Jamf Pro, and mobile device deployment
- Execute network security protocols, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure optimization projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SOPs, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise-level systems
- Advanced certifications (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent)
- Expert proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proven experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for occasional on-site client visits
