Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ enterprise users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) configurations
- Execute hardware/software deployments including virtualization (VMware) and endpoint management
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability patching and compliance audits
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles using Confluence/Jira
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Provide after-hours on-call rotation support (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with cloud infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications required
- Expertise in SCCM/Intune, PowerShell scripting, and network troubleshooting
- Proven experience with VPN, MFA, and zero-trust security frameworks
- Strong documentation skills with ITIL foundation preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid Nevada driver's license for occasional site visits
