Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments including Azure AD and Intune
- Deploy and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware and Hyper-V
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Lead hardware/software upgrade projects and migrations
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and ManageEngine
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/SCCM)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional client site visits
