Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software lifecycle management systems
- Lead network troubleshooting using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and Confluence
- Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments
- Train staff on IT security best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years in leadership roles
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in Azure cloud services and hybrid environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with ITIL incident/problem/change management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid driver's license with clean record for occasional site visits
