Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce quarterly trend reports on metaverse evolution, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and emerging technology conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Harvard/MIT/IEEE preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on 2030+ technology disruption
- Proficiency in futurist tools like Kumu.io, Trend Hunter, and Palisade @Risk
- Fluency in English with exceptional executive presentation skills
