Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and external partners
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Design and validate predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients through executive briefings and whitepapers
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong publication record in technology forecasting or futurology
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
