- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across fintech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in global forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using agile methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
- Measure strategic impact through KPIs like adoption rate and competitive advantage metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with tech disruption focus
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in technology convergence patterns and exponential change forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) or relevant frameworks
