Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing innovation priorities
- Author high-impact foresight reports and white papers for executive and public audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-critical metrics and trend evolution
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic publications
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level strategies
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
