Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify paradigm shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic implementation
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Design predictive models using proprietary foresight analytics platform
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or societal forecasting
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major foresight projects implemented by 2025
