- Build and maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurist networks
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable insights
- Identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-focused insights
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
