Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development, R&D, and business strategy
- Present compelling scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends to anticipate future market disruptions
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and internal futurist programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
