Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal transformations impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and implement corporate innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends
- Present future-state recommendations to executive leadership through data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author annual Future Impact Reports for board and investor briefings
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Systems Thinking
