Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and exponential growth strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight findings into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and emerging tech applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems design
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight insights
