- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefs for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze global tech policies and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level strategic frameworks
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
