Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative trend analysis models forecasting technological, social, and economic disruptions through 2026
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in development cycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and establish strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Expertise in data visualization and predictive modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year trend forecasts with validated outcomes
