Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Author whitepapers on ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Maintain a competitive intelligence dashboard for emerging threats/opportunities
- Represent company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or tech innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends
- Experience with futures simulation tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
