Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop actionable 2026 foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Establish quantitative models for predicting adoption curves of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into enterprise risk management and long-term planning
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including trend briefs, scenario reports, and conference presentations
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to validate hypotheses and uncover blind spots
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis with demonstrated impact on enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex technological concepts into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Web3, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex insights for diverse stakeholders
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or global institutions on long-term strategy
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented by major organizations
