- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Author white papers and scenario analyses on future industry disruptions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Lead immersive innovation workshops for stakeholders and partners
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
