Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive vision for future product capabilities, identifying key technologies that will drive value.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives focused on emerging tech stacks, including AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend and frontend architectures that can handle massive growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.

- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
