Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering or AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles.
