Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Quantum computing systems optimized for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms in simulated environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Foundational knowledge of Quantum Computing concepts (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and quantum algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in cutting-edge fields.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
