Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex systems into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact technology deployments.
- Establish best practices for security, interoperability, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or visionary capacity.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and future trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
