Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for all products launching by 2026, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- System Architecture: Design robust, resilient, and secure distributed systems capable of handling enterprise-grade traffic and complex data streams.
- Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge AI) to prepare our infrastructure for the future.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and adapting system architectures accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
